Project Overview

Enviro Shield is looking for a skilled web developer to design and build a professional website that highlights our expertise in environmental restoration and containment. The website should communicate our services clearly, engage potential clients, and position Enviro Shield as a trusted industry specialist in Auckland.

The ideal candidate will have experience with modern web development, responsive design, SEO best practices, and UX-focused interfaces. Prior experience in environmental, industrial, or technical industries is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Development: Build a responsive, modern website that is visually appealing and fully functional across devices.
  • Design Collaboration: Work with our team or designers to create layouts that reflect Enviro Shield’s brand and industry authority.
  • Content Integration: Implement content, images, and case studies that highlight environmental restoration services.
  • SEO & Performance: Ensure the website follows SEO best practices, fast loading times, and optimized performance.
  • User Experience: Create intuitive navigation, clear call-to-actions, and accessibility compliance where possible.
  • Maintenance & Support: Provide initial support post-launch to fix bugs and ensure smooth functionality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Wix, or headless CMS) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web performance optimization.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous web development and design projects, preferably in technical or environmental sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote or local team.
