Role Overview

WOW Remote Teams is seeking a hands-on Website Designer/Developer to join their digital team on a full-time, remote basis. The role focuses on building high-performing, conversion-focused websites for commercial real estate and creative services clients. While design is important, technical execution and CMS expertise are the top priority.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain WordPress and CMS-driven websites
  • Implement custom layouts, templates, and page structures with strong technical execution
  • Manage CMS integrations and ensure seamless functionality
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and usability
  • Collaborate with teams to translate design requirements into functional websites
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Follow best practices for website architecture, maintainability, and scalability

Requirements

  • Strong experience in WordPress development and CMS platforms
  • Proven ability to manage website structure, integrations, and configurations
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization, responsive design, and scalability
  • Ability to independently handle technical website tasks end-to-end
  • Portfolio demonstrating WordPress or CMS-based websites
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision

Qualifications
