Our client, operating in the commercial real estate and creative services space, is expanding their digital presence and delivering high-performing, conversion-focused websites for growing brands.

This is a hands-on, highly technical role for a Website Designer/Developer who excels at building functional, scalable, and visually aligned websites, especially within WordPress and CMS-based environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain WordPress-based websites and CMS-driven platforms.
  • Implement custom layouts, templates, and page structures with precise technical execution.
  • Manage CMS integrations, ensuring smooth functionality across all site components.
  • Optimize website performance, responsiveness, and usability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to translate design requirements into functional websites.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and implement timely fixes.
  • Ensure websites follow best practices for structure, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

  • Strong experience building and managing WordPress websites.
  • Proven ability to handle CMS integrations and site configurations.
  • Solid understanding of website architecture, performance, and responsiveness.
  • Capable of independently managing technical website tasks end-to-end.
  • Ability to balance design execution with technical requirements.

Qualifications

  • Professional experience as a Website Designer, Web Developer, or similar role.
  • Demonstrated portfolio of WordPress or CMS-based websites.
  • Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
