Position Overview

Web Partners is seeking a detail-oriented and driven Web Project Manager / Account Manager to support a high-volume web development environment and manage a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is responsible for overseeing web projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, resources, and communication are effectively managed to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, is comfortable working with clients, and has a solid understanding of web technologies and development processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and track multiple web development projects simultaneously
  • Create, maintain, and enforce project schedules and timelines
  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Organize project resources and workflows
  • Advocate for successful project delivery and client satisfaction
  • Handle challenging client interactions with professionalism and confidence

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, web development, or web maintenance
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (4+ years)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

Preferred Skills

  • Proven knowledge of web technologies, languages, and tools
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
  • Experience working in or with the healthcare industry
  • Ability to lead teams while following established processes
  • Professional, personable, and firm when necessary
