💻 Hands-On Development

  • Theme customization and advanced WordPress development
  • ACF Pro architecture and structured content systems
  • Custom plugin development
  • Third-party API integrations
  • Performance optimization and caching implementation
  • Deployment management (staging → production environments)

📊 Quality & Performance

  • Oversee website performance and scalability improvements
  • Guide SEO implementation and Core Web Vitals optimization
  • Coordinate with QA teams to maintain delivery standards
  • Ensure design consistency during UI/UX implementation
  • Enforce best practices for:
    • Security
    • Maintainability
    • Documentation

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Translate business requirements into technical execution plans
  • Communicate effectively with non-technical teams

🧠 Required Skills

  • 4–6 years of strong WordPress development experience
  • Deep expertise in PHP and WordPress internals
  • Advanced experience with ACF Pro
  • Proven experience building custom plugins and integrations
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Website performance optimization
    • Caching strategies
    • Deployment workflows
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and performance metrics
