Who We’re Looking For

We are searching for brilliant Web Development Engineers (ReactJS) to join our lean product team. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, socially impactful environment, shaping the future of care through technology.

Responsibilities

As a Web Development Engineer Intern, you will:

  • Enhance the Lief SaaS web application ecosystem to help residential care homes track, analyze, and improve care for residents.
  • Develop new user-facing features for a diverse audience.
  • Build scalable frontend components optimized for performance across web-capable devices and browsers using ReactJS & Next.js.
  • Design and implement custom APIs using NodeJS, GraphQL, Prisma, and PostgreSQL.
  • Collaborate with co-founders, users, developers, and designers to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Analyze and select best tools, packages, and tech stacks for new solutions.
  • Make a real social impact with every line of code.

Requirements

  • Final-year students or recent graduates.
  • Ready to commit full-time (8 hours/day).
  • Education or training in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and designers.
  • Familiarity with the web landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in UI/UX design and building accessible web applications.
  • Published original web applications or contributions to open-source projects.
