The goal is to have 3 interview-ready candidates available within 5 days when a client needs to hire. Passing this assessment gives you priority access to high-quality remote web development projects.

Candidate Requirements

  • Experience: 2+ years in web development
  • Technical Skills:

    • CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace)
    • Web performance optimization
    • Basic SEO understanding
  • Design Tools (Preferred): Figma, Adobe XD
  • Professional Skills:
    • Strong written English for client communication
    • Reliable internet connection (25+ Mbps)
    • Own laptop/PC
    • Portfolio demonstrating web projects
