Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in CMS authoring and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing website content, troubleshooting performance issues, and supporting enterprise web platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Author, manage, and maintain content within CMS platforms, especially AEM.
  • Develop and configure web components and templates.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users and stakeholders.
  • Troubleshoot performance, response time, and system limitations.
  • Ensure website data quality, consistency, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and business users.
  • Assist with website updates, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Support integration with APIs and backend systems when required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working with CMS platforms.
  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target.
  • Strong CMS authoring and web content management expertise.
  • Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Experience with web application and component authoring.
  • Strong troubleshooting and system analysis skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to backend development technologies.
  • Knowledge of API integrations.
  • Experience with system performance and capacity troubleshooting.
