Company Overview

We are modernizing our enterprise website from traditional WordPress to a Next.js + Headless CMS (Strapi) architecture. Our goal is to deliver a fast, scalable, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused platform with modern UI/UX, optimized performance, and clean architecture.

This is a 100% remote, full-time opportunity with flexibility and long-term growth potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop enterprise website using Next.js (React).
  • Implement SSR / SSG for performance optimization and SEO benefits.
  • Integrate and configure Strapi Headless CMS with secure API connectivity.
  • Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, and technical SEO (meta tags, schema, clean URLs).
  • Build modern UI/UX with smooth animations, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts.
  • Improve engagement flow on key sections (hero banners, CTAs, service pages).
  • Develop modular and scalable frontend architecture.
  • Integrate REST / GraphQL APIs for dynamic content.
  • Deploy production-ready builds ensuring mobile-first design.

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in Next.js & React.js.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript.
  • Experience with Tailwind CSS or other modern CSS frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with Headless CMS, preferably Strapi.
  • Familiarity with REST API / GraphQL integration.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and performance optimization.
  • Ability to develop fully responsive, mobile-first interfaces.
  • Proficient with Git / GitHub workflow.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Framer Motion or GSAP animations.
  • Knowledge of GA4 & GTM implementation.
  • Previous experience building enterprise or corporate websites.
  • Basic understanding of Node.js.
  • Strong performance-first development mindset.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: ₹400,000 – ₹946,902 per year (based on experience).
