Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Next.js (React) Developer to rebuild and modernize our enterprise website using Next.js + Headless CMS (Strapi) instead of traditional WordPress.
The goal is to deliver a fast, scalable, SEO-friendly, and conversion-focused platform with modern UI/UX, strong performance, and clean architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise website using Next.js (React).
- Implement SSR / SSG for improved performance and SEO.
- Integrate and configure Strapi Headless CMS.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals and page speed.
- Implement technical SEO (meta tags, schema, clean URLs).
- Build modern UI with smooth animations and micro-interactions.
- Improve engagement flow (hero sections, CTAs, service pages).
- Ensure fully responsive, mobile-first design.
- Develop scalable and modular frontend architecture.
- Handle API integration and secure CMS connectivity.
- Deploy production-ready builds.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Next.js & React.js
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript
- Expertise in Tailwind CSS / Modern CSS frameworks
- Experience with Headless CMS (Strapi preferred)
- REST API / GraphQL integration
- SEO implementation & performance optimization
- Responsive UI development
- Git / GitHub workflow
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Framer Motion / GSAP animations
- GA4 & GTM implementation
- Experience building enterprise or corporate websites
- Basic understanding of Node.js
- Performance-first development mindset
