About the Role

As a Web Developer, you will collaborate closely with our product, data, and consulting teams to build powerful web-based tools, interactive dashboards, and data-driven platforms designed for founders and investors.

You will play an important role in developing modern web applications that transform complex data into meaningful insights and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain responsive and scalable web applications and internal tools.
  • Collaborate with data analysts and product teams to visualize complex data insights.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and user experience.
  • Integrate machine learning insights and API-driven content into front-end interfaces.
  • Work on innovative projects such as:
    • Startup team benchmarking dashboards
    • Investor pitch visualization tools
    • Data intelligence reporting platforms
  • Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and product planning sessions.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in modern web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, data visualization libraries, or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Interest in startups, venture capital, or data-driven platforms is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-first work environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
