Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to join our Technology & Operations team. The successful candidate will contribute to building and maintaining enterprise-level web applications that support logistics operations and business processes.

You will collaborate with developers, UI/UX designers, and operations teams to design, develop, and enhance web applications that drive automation and operational efficiency.

This role offers an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology solutions within the logistics industry, with potential relocation opportunities to Dubai or Oman after the initial probation period.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications and services.
• Write clean, scalable, and high-performance code following best practices.
• Collaborate with team leads and developers to define project scope and requirements.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure consistent and user-friendly design implementation.
• Automate processes and improve operational workflows through web applications.
• Document project requirements, technical designs, and product features.
• Participate in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving system issues.
• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with React.js, Laravel, React Native, HTML, and CSS.
• Good understanding of JavaScript, PHP frameworks, and modern web technologies.
• Experience with databases, APIs, and backend services.
• Familiarity with version control tools such as Git or SVN.
• Experience working with web servers like Apache or Nginx.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure such as:
  • AWS
  • Azure
  • DigitalOcean

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-stack web development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong ability to work independently and collaborate within a development team.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of OCR frameworks and document processing technologies.
• Experience working with logistics or operations systems.
• Understanding of workflows such as:
  • Container gate-in/gate-out
  • Job orders
  • Billing and accounts processes
• Ability to communicate in Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.

Work Environment

• Full-time offshore role working remotely from India initially.
• Collaboration with international teams across operations, logistics, and accounts departments.
• Interaction with depot and yard operations teams for system implementation.
