Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain secure, scalable, and accessible web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality user interfaces that meet modern web standards and accessibility requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications and user interfaces optimized for usability, performance, and security.
• Translate requirements from product, UX, and technical teams into clean, maintainable code.
• Ensure responsive and accessible web experiences across devices and browsers.
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and improve overall application stability.
• Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code following development standards.
• Support integration with APIs and enterprise backend systems as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites or web applications.
• Strong understanding of modern web development principles and UI best practices.
• Proficiency in: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Experience with modern frameworks: React or Angular.
• Experience implementing:
  • Accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508 awareness).
  • Responsive design and mobile-first development practices.
• U.S. Citizen and eligible for U.S. Government security clearance.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
