About the Role

Our agency is seeking a skilled and reliable Web Developer to support ongoing projects across Webflow, Figma, and light Kajabi/Zapier integrations. This role is ideal for independent freelancers who are detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoy managing multiple client projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will be collaborating with designers, project managers, and clients to translate designs into functional websites, implement automations, and support various client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update websites in Webflow.
• Translate Figma designs accurately into live websites.
• Support Kajabi tasks such as site edits, course structuring, and form integrations.
• Create, troubleshoot, and maintain simple Zapier automations for clients.
• Manage multiple client projects efficiently while ensuring quality and deadlines.
• Communicate clearly with the agency team and clients regarding project progress.
• Maintain high standards for design fidelity, responsiveness, and functionality.
• Take ownership of assigned work and deliver on time without supervision.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Webflow development.
• Strong design-to-code translation skills using Figma.
• Familiarity with Kajabi for basic tasks and course management.
• Experience with Zapier automations and workflow troubleshooting.
• Ability to handle multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, responsiveness, and collaboration skills.
