About the Role
As a Web Developer (Quality & Testing focus), you will help ensure the performance, reliability, and usability of the company’s web platforms. The role combines automated testing, QA, and front-end development, working closely with teams to maintain stable, high-quality web experiences.
This is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, testing, and improving websites throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and expand automated UI test suites for corporate websites.
- Perform regression testing during releases and updates.
- Validate web forms, analytics tracking, and third-party integrations.
- Identify, document, and escalate bugs while analyzing root causes.
- Support CI/CD pipeline testing and release readiness.
- Improve testing tools, processes, and coverage.
- Test usability, accessibility, and performance of websites.
- Assist with front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Requirements
Education / Experience
- Degree or equivalent experience in Web Development, Software Testing, or related field.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as:
- Playwright
- Selenium
- Similar tools
- Experience maintaining or expanding automated test suites.
Other Skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze testing results and identify issues.
- Clear written communication for documenting bugs and testing outcomes.
- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
