About the Role

We are seeking a talented Web Developer (fresher-friendly) with a passion for building high-quality, scalable websites and applications. You will collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications using modern web technologies.
  • Front-End Development: Create and optimize user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using languages like PHP, Python, or Ruby on Rails.
  • Database Management: Ensure data integrity, security, and efficiency across databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and content creators to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Code Review: Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality, standardized code.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging for functionality, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Optimization: Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
  • Maintenance & Documentation: Regularly update and maintain websites, troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and maintain development documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven interest or experience in web development with a strong portfolio (for freshers, personal or academic projects can count).
  • Front-End Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular (or similar).
  • Back-End Skills: PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js (or similar).
  • Responsive Design: Ability to create responsive designs across devices.
  • Version Control: Git proficiency.
  • Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and web analytics.
