Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building high-quality, scalable websites and applications and is comfortable working with both front-end and back-end technologies. You will collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative and user-friendly digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, high-performance websites and web applications using modern technologies.
  • Front-End Development: Build and optimize UIs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
  • Back-End Development: Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using languages/frameworks like PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js, etc.
  • Database Management: Design and manage databases ensuring data integrity, security, and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and content creators for seamless user experiences.
  • Code Review & Quality: Participate in code reviews to maintain best practices.
  • Testing & Debugging: Conduct tests to ensure functionality, performance, and browser/device compatibility.
  • Optimization & Maintenance: Ensure websites are optimized for speed, scalability, and SEO; regularly maintain and implement new features.
  • Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for code, APIs, and development processes.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Front-End Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue).
  • Back-End Skills: Experience with server-side languages/frameworks (PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails, Node.js) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
  • Responsive Design: Ability to create designs that work across devices and screen sizes.
  • Version Control: Proficiency with Git.
  • Testing: Familiarity with unit, integration, and performance testing frameworks.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to project requirements.
