Location: Remote / Work-from-Home (India)
Stipend: ₹8,000 per month
Expected Salary after Offer: ₹2 – 4 LPA

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career web developers to gain hands-on experience in website development, front-end and back-end tasks, and real-world project exposure.

You will be working under the guidance of experienced developers, contributing to website design, development, and maintenance, while enhancing your HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive and interactive web pages.
• Assist in building front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Work on basic back-end functionalities and database interactions.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues across websites or applications.
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and user experience.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in project discussions.
• Learn and apply new web development tools and technologies.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with responsive web design principles.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in web development.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Exposure to WordPress, Wix, or other CMS platforms.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, Git, and version control.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
