Location: Ahmedabad, India
Employment Type: Full-Time (Not Freelance)
Shift: Night shift (timings discussed during interview)
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

🔹 About the Role

As a Full Stack Web Developer, you will work closely with our internal teams and developers across multiple projects, contributing to both ongoing development and new digital products. You’ll be building high-quality, scalable web applications and enhancing existing platforms for performance, security, and user experience.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with developers to build, maintain, and improve web projects and product initiatives
  • Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend technologies (PHP/Node.js)
  • Participate in full-cycle development: planning, coding, testing, deployment, and support
  • Build and integrate APIs and third-party tools (payment gateways, CRM, email platforms, analytics)
  • Customize and maintain CMS-based websites (WordPress experience is a plus)
  • Optimize web applications for speed, performance, security, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and improve system reliability
  • Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure aligned user experience
  • Support deployments, hosting, backups, and maintenance

🔹 Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on web development experience
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
  • Experience in backend development (PHP and/or Node.js) and databases (MySQL or similar)
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub and collaborative workflows
  • Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development
  • Good communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong task, timeline, and deliverable management

🔹 Nice to Have

  • Experience building membership platforms, communities, or subscription-based products
  • Familiarity with WordPress development (themes/plugins)
  • Experience with Figma, Trello, Google Analytics
  • Familiarity with integrations like WooCommerce, Mailchimp, Zapier, Stripe/Razorpay
  • Knowledge of security best practices (SSL, hardening, access control)
