Role Overview

As a freelance developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams across time zones while managing your own schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
  • Integrate APIs and manage back-end components (Node.js, PHP, or Python).
  • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality products.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose innovative web solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and frameworks like React.js, Vue.js, or Angular.
  • Back-end experience with Node.js, PHP, or Python.
  • Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, AJAX, and asynchronous programming.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to create mobile-first, responsive designs.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
  • Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
  • Proven portfolio of freelance or agency projects.
  • Experience working in a remote or asynchronous team environment is a plus.

Working Hours
