Role Overview

Agnik is seeking a hands-on Web Developer to maintain existing web applications, add new features, and build new applications. This is a full-stack development role, covering both backend and frontend responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about .NET, C#, and JavaScript technologies and has a keen eye for creating high-performance and visually appealing applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop applications using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Design and implement user interfaces, collaborating with the creative/graphic design team.
  • Write and consume backend web service APIs.
  • Develop e-commerce applications and optimize SQL queries.
  • Manage data using relational and non-relational databases.
  • Apply authentication and encryption technologies to ensure security.
  • Maintain and improve existing web-based applications.
  • Take ownership of full-stack app development and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: B.Tech / BS degree from a reputable university in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in high-performance web application development using .NET, C#, and JavaScript.
  • Frontend Skills: Strong eye for design and user experience, capable of building intuitive and attractive interfaces.
  • Backend Skills: Knowledge of web service APIs, database management, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Communication: Fluent in English, strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Other Skills:
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
    • Familiarity with authentication, encryption, and secure coding practices.
