Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and CMS authoring to support enterprise web initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of content management systems, component development, and front-end integration, along with the ability to troubleshoot system performance and ensure high-quality web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Author and manage content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS platforms.
  • Develop web components, templates, and front-end integrations to support website functionality.
  • Maintain data quality, integrity, and consistency across digital properties.
  • Provide technical and functional support to users, including troubleshooting performance, capacity, and system limitation issues.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of content, components, and back-end systems.
  • Conduct testing and validation of web applications and components for functionality and usability.
  • Stay up-to-date with CMS best practices, Adobe suite tools, and emerging web technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience authoring and developing in CMS platforms.
  • 3–5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Target.
  • Strong proficiency in CMS authoring and website management.
  • Basic front-end development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Experience with web application and component authoring.
  • Ability to provide technical troubleshooting for performance, response time, and capacity issues.

Good-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to back-end development.
  • Familiarity with system-level troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
  • Understanding of API integration.
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite integrations and marketing automation tools.
