🛠 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites using custom themes and plugins
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO across all devices
  • Implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata, keyword placement, internal linking, and schema markup
  • Conduct regular website audits, updates, and backups
  • Improve page speed using caching, lazy loading, and image optimization techniques
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure seamless UX and SEO integration
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and resolve plugin or theme conflicts
  • Integrate and manage tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party APIs
  • Maintain proper documentation and share performance reports
  • Stay updated with the latest WordPress, SEO, and web development trends

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, IT, or a related field (preferred)
  • 1–2 years hands-on experience in WordPress development
  • Experience with custom themes, plugins, and responsive design
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and technical SEO
  • Familiarity with WordPress plugins like Yoast, RankMath, Elementor, WP Rocket
  • Experience with page speed optimization, caching, lazy loading, and image optimization
