🛠 Key Responsibilities

WordPress Development

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive WordPress websites
• Build custom themes and plugins based on project requirements
• Ensure websites are scalable, secure, and easy to maintain

Website Performance Optimization

• Optimize websites for speed and performance
• Implement caching, lazy loading, and image optimization techniques
• Ensure smooth performance across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices

SEO Implementation

• Apply on-page SEO techniques including metadata, keyword placement, and internal linking
• Implement schema markup and structured data
• Improve website visibility and ranking in search engines

Website Maintenance

• Perform regular website audits, updates, and backups
• Monitor website performance and fix technical issues
• Troubleshoot plugin or theme conflicts

Collaboration

• Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams
• Ensure websites deliver strong user experience and search visibility

Tools Integration

• Integrate and manage tools such as:
  • Google Analytics
  • Google Search Console
  • Third-party APIs and marketing tools

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain technical documentation
• Share website performance and optimization reports

✅ Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Web Development (preferred)
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in WordPress development
• Experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Strong understanding of SEO and technical SEO
• Knowledge of responsive web design

WordPress & SEO Tools Experience

Experience with plugins such as:

• Yoast SEO
• RankMath
• Elementor
• WP Rocket

Technical Skills

• Page speed optimization
• Caching and lazy loading
• Image optimization techniques
• Web analytics and tracking tools
