About the Role:
As an Associate Concept Design Manager, you will play a critical role in developing creative strategies and turning innovative ideas into compelling visual concepts. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life through dynamic designs and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and developing new design concepts aligned with brand goals.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor landscapes.
  • Produce mood boards, design storylines, and creative presentations.
  • Collaborate with product development, marketing, and branding teams to ensure consistent visual messaging.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and refinement.
  • Maintain brand consistency while introducing innovative design elements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in concept design, creative development, or visual strategy roles.
  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools like PowerPoint or Keynote.
  • Strong visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in industries like fashion, retail, architecture, or branding.
  • Knowledge of digital design or 3D visualization tools is a plus (SketchUp, Rhino, Blender).
