Job Details

The Technical Support Documentation team is seeking a Web Content Developer to design, develop, and manage the Bluebeam Support website and its localized versions. This role involves working within a WordPress-powered environment to improve functionality, expand global support content, and ensure seamless user experiences across devices and regions. The position is fully remote and requires close collaboration with designers, engineers, writers, and localization teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to website redesign and platform migration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance functionality and usability.
  • Evaluate design feasibility and recommend technical improvements.
  • Publish and manage content across multiple localized WordPress sites.
  • Implement responsive updates using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Support documentation and technical writing teams with web solutions.
  • Configure and manage forms integrated with Salesforce databases.
  • Ensure plugin compatibility and site performance optimization.
  • Maintain brand consistency across pages and communications.
  • Work with localization teams to deliver multilingual content globally.
  • Identify opportunities to improve code quality and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Several years of front-end development experience in collaborative environments.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.
  • Proven experience designing, building, and debugging responsive websites.
  • Hands-on expertise with WordPress, including multisite management and plugins.
  • Familiarity with hosting platforms such as WP Engine or similar services.
  • Understanding of search functionality and optimization principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
