Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Web Architect to lead the technology architecture strategy for scalable, secure, and high-performance omni-channel e-commerce systems.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can design future-ready architectures while aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end architecture strategy for omni-channel e-commerce platforms
  • Design and define architectural blueprints for scalable systems
  • Drive adoption of microservices and cloud-native solutions
  • Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability across systems
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to align solutions with organizational goals
  • Provide architectural governance and technical leadership
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 10+ years of full software development experience
  • 5+ years of experience specifically in e-commerce architecture
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Software architecture principles
    • Microservices architecture
    • Cloud-based architectures
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar technical leadership role
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable
  • Passion for staying updated on industry and technology trends

Preferred Expertise (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems
  • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • API-first and headless commerce architectures
  • DevOps, CI/CD, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • Performance tuning and high-availability design
