Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a proactive and process-driven Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations Leader to manage nationwide fulfillment and inventory operations remotely. You’ll lead distributed teams, streamline logistics, and ensure fast, accurate delivery performance across all active fulfillment locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple sites
  • Manage and coordinate remote and on-site logistics teams
  • Monitor inventory, shipping timelines, and order accuracy using WMS tools
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement performance improvements
  • Ensure operational compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Report on KPIs and develop strategies to reduce costs and maximize throughput

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience managing warehouse or fulfillment operations
  • Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and logistics tech platforms
  • Strong leadership, communication, and process improvement skills
  • Ability to lead distributed teams and oversee remote fulfillment systems
