USA WINZONS is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our remote team. This position focuses on data entry and administrative support, making it a great fit for highly organized individuals who want to work from home and grow in a virtual workspace.


️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and manage data in spreadsheets, databases, or CRM tools
  • Respond to basic emails and manage appointment calendars
  • Prepare reports and organize digital files
  • Follow task instructions and meet daily/weekly deadlines
  • Provide general virtual support to staff and clients as needed

  • Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency with Google Docs, Sheets, or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
  • Prior admin or assistant experience is a plus but not required

Pay & Benefits:

  • Hourly Pay: $15–$22 based on experience
