About the Role

We are looking for a creative and versatile professional who can combine strong video editing and graphic design skills with the ability to create well-formatted documents and impactful presentations. The ideal candidate should also have experience in making video presentations and creating videos for social media platforms to boost brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Video Editing & Social Media Content Creation:
• Edit, enhance, and finalize videos for marketing, social media, and internal purposes.
• Create video presentations for business proposals, training, and events.
• Develop engaging short-form and long-form videos optimized for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Add motion graphics, captions, animations, and transitions to make content visually appealing.
• Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
• Graphic Design:
• Create visuals for both digital and print media (social posts, banners, brochures, posters, infographics).
• Design layouts and maintain brand identity across all materials.
• Document Formatting & Presentation Creation:
• Prepare professional documents in MS Word and Google Docs with proper formatting, styles, and layouts.
• Design impactful PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations with strong visual storytelling.
• Format proposals, reports, and manuals for maximum clarity and presentation quality.
• Collaboration & Workflow:
• Work closely with marketing, content, and operations teams to understand project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
• Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
• Experience creating video presentations and social media videos.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and brand aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with animation or motion graphics.
• Knowledge of file optimization for web, print, and social media.
• Familiarity with different aspect ratios and formats for social media.

Education
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Mass Communication, or related field (preferred but not mandatory if skillset is strong).
