We are seeking a dynamic, experienced VP of Member Experience to lead the development and execution of a unified strategy that ensures every platform user has a seamless, efficient, and high-quality experience.
This leadership role spans front-end interactions, product innovation, technology, operations, and back-end support, driving alignment across all departments—including business, product, design, engineering, data, and shared services.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Define and execute the vision for the Banker Experience across go-to-market and product teams.
- Lead, enable, and grow high-performing teams that deliver exceptional member experiences.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with product, design, engineering, and data teams to deliver platform features that optimize usability.
- Align initiatives with strategic business objectives and overall platform vision.
User-Centric Focus
- Understand user needs and pain points; ensure platform tools and workflows enhance banker effectiveness.
Process, Systems & Policy Optimization
- Implement policies and best practices that streamline collaboration and support scalability.
- Continuously evaluate processes to improve customer experience.
Performance & Growth
- Set OKRs for banker experience initiatives.
- Measure, optimize, and report on satisfaction, platform adoption, and success metrics.
Innovation & Thought Leadership
- Drive innovative strategies aligned with the latest trends in SaaS and investment banking.
- Influence partnerships and integrations to enhance the Banker experience.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Vice President-level leadership managing teams of 15+ employees.
- Proven Customer Success, Professional Services, or Delivery leadership in SaaS environments.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, design, engineering, and data.
- Experience managing customer-facing engagements, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.
- Operationally excellent, tech-savvy, and strategic thinker.
- Hands-on experience in project planning, budget/milestone control, and release planning.
- Effective coaching and leadership, fostering team development and achieving OKRs.
- Highly organized, execution-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities.
Bonus Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience managing revenue, renewals, expansions, or commissions.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal English; ability to handle confidential information.
