📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Product Designer to join our talented design team at Saransh Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience in building intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing digital interfaces. You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into impactful user experiences.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and translate insights into design solutions.
  • Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility and implementation accuracy.
  • Maintain design consistency across all products and platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or Product Designer.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design projects across web and mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development principles (a plus).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think strategically about user experience and design systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
