🎯 Your Role in Our Mission

💻 Enterprise UI Development

• Implement enterprise-grade UI using clean code practices
• Apply reusable component patterns and structured delivery methodologies
• Ensure maintainability and scalability of frontend systems

⚙️ Front-End Soundness

• Oversee integration, state management, and performance
• Ensure accessibility compliance and UI testability
• Optimize applications for responsiveness and reliability

🎨 UX Collaboration

• Partner closely with UX designers to transform business requirements into intuitive interfaces
• Iterate rapidly based on user and stakeholder feedback
• Speak fluently in design terminology and advocate for usability best practices

🏗 Cross-Team Alignment

• Participate in solution comparisons across teams and vendors
• Maintain consistency with established standards and architectural guidelines

📚 Standards & Innovation

• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies
• Contribute to documentation for standards and UI guidelines

🛠 What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience

• 7–10+ years of frontend development experience within product teams
• 5+ years working with:
  • JavaScript
  • HTML (including responsive design)
  • CSS

💡 Technical Skills

• Practical experience with .NET / C#
• Hands-on expertise in Blazor for interactive web applications
• Familiarity with Kendo UI widgets
• Experience building or contributing to design systems/component libraries

🎨 UX & Collaboration Tools

• Proficiency with design collaboration tools:
  • Figma (preferred)
  • Sketch
  • Adobe XD
  • InVision
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
• Ability to collaborate effectively across UI/design and module teams
