UX Consistency Scanner – Development & Testing

About the Role

We are building an automated UX Consistency Scanner to ensure consistent user experiences across products and technologies. This tool detects UX deviations, validates compliance with evolving design guidelines, and helps improve both customer experience and developer productivity.

We are seeking a hands-on professional comfortable at the intersection of UX, frontend engineering, and testing, collaborating across design, development, and product teams.

Scope of Work / Responsibilities

• Conduct iterative testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and quality of UX checks
• Develop and enhance the core ruleset and validation logic for automated UX consistency scanning
• Create and maintain documentation, test reports, and end-to-end testing artifacts
• Collaborate closely with Design, Development, and Product teams
• Participate in UXC requirements engineering and hand over validated requirements
• Monitor reported issues and coordinate with development teams for resolution

Must-Have Skills

• Basic to solid knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5
• Strong problem-solving skills with a structured engineering mindset
• Ability to break down complex UX problems into actionable technical tasks
• Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity and workflows

Skills for Design Ops / UX Specialists

• Familiarity with UX / Product design standards (SAP UX standards preferred)
• Working knowledge of UI5 or React Web Components

Skills for Developers

• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, CSS, HTML
• Exposure to UI5, React, or Web Components
• Awareness of AI-related concepts (LLM services, MCP Server) is a plus
