Key Responsibilities
- Deliver scalable platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and machine learning frameworks aligned with roadmap priorities.
- Drive full software development lifecycle activities including coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to ensure resilient and scalable systems.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate machine learning components.
- Lead system design reviews ensuring quality and architectural alignment.
- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and products using data-driven practices.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field with 4 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
- Option 2: 6 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field with 2 years of experience.
- Experience implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
- Knowledge of assistive technologies and digital accessibility best practices.
Required Skills
Strong collaboration and stakeholder communication skills.
Strong expertise in Java programming.
Experience building scalable cloud-native applications using microservices and containerization.
Proficiency with Spring Boot framework and API design.
Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with Azure Cosmos DB and PostgreSQL.
System design review and architectural best practices implementation.
Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
