📍 Locations: Bentonville, AR or Sunnyvale, CA

🔹 What You’ll Do
• Develop and deploy advanced machine learning models to solve complex business challenges
• Lead exploratory analysis, feature engineering, and statistical modeling initiatives
• Translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions
• Oversee model validation, tuning, deployment, and lifecycle management
• Mentor and guide team members on best practices and analytical techniques
• Communicate insights effectively to stakeholders and leadership

🔹 What We’re Looking For
• Strong experience building and deploying ML models using Python and modern frameworks
• Expertise in statistical analysis, data visualization, and data quality management
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker)
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor teams
• Background in analytics, computer science, statistics, or related fields (Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD)

💰 Salary Range:
• Bentonville, AR: $110,000 – $220,000
• Sunnyvale, CA: $143,000 – $286,000 + bonuses & stock potential
