Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Maintain ATS and candidate records accurately
  • Build a pipeline of qualified professionals for future openings

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in US recruitment (IT or non-IT)
  • Knowledge of US hiring practices, visas (H1B, GC, US Citizens), and time zones
  • Familiarity with platforms like Dice, LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, and Monster
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet work-from-home setup
