Job Description

The Senior Web Developer will design, develop, and enhance web applications to improve the flow of information across business systems. You will also identify and implement preventive solutions to technical problems, ensuring minimal disruption to business activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new web applications and enhance existing applications.
  • Perform systems and business function analysis to support business areas.
  • Implement best practices in software architecture, including Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues proactively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in object-oriented programming and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
  • 5+ years experience in full development life cycle projects.
  • 5+ years experience with Java, JEE, JSP, and SQL Server.
  • 5+ years experience with JavaScript, XML, EJB, Struts 2, iBatis, Hibernate, Spring, JSF, DOJO, JQuery, DB2, LDAP, WebSphere.
  • 2+ years experience with design patterns, ESB, and MQ Series.
  • 1+ year experience with IBM Rational Team Concert.
  • Experience with modeling and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in mobile application development.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must be willing to work on W2.
  • Must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
