📝 Job Description:
We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing design team at The Tann Mann Gaadi. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of visual design, usability, and user psychology. You will be responsible for creating intuitive interfaces, user flows, and prototypes that provide seamless and engaging experiences for our users.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research and analyze user behavior to inform design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure design consistency.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
  • Maintain and improve design systems and style guides.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

🛠️ Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Experience with responsive design and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic front-end development (preferred).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
