Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a user-centered mindset, and the ability to translate requirements into engaging, intuitive, and functional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency of design elements, typography, color schemes, and brand guidelines across all platforms.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the accurate implementation of designs.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Apply a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bridge design and development, ensuring the feasibility of proposed designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to understand front-end implementation and collaborate effectively with developers.
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
  • Good understanding of HTML/CSS basics (a plus, not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects is mandatory .

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of motion design/animations.
  • Experience with design systems and component libraries.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
