Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a UI UX Design/Graphic Design – MI LOCALS, HYBRID position at HCL Global Systems Inc. The role involves creating mockups, visual design, prototyping, front-end development, and user experience design (UED). The candidate will work on designing and improving user interfaces and experiences. This is a hybrid role, with the location being Lansing, Michigan, but some work from home is acceptable. QualificationsSkills in Mockups, Visual Design, and PrototypingExperience in Front-End Development and User Experience Design (UED)Proficiency in UI/UX design tools and softwareStrong portfolio demonstrating design skills and problem-solving abilitiesUnderstanding of user-centered design principles and best practicesAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fieldDegree in UI UX Design or Graphic Design is preferred.3 + years IT related design experience.Experience with designing to a set of standards such as the World Wide Web Consortium, Web accessibility standards. 3 yearsExperience with wireframing. 3 yearsExperience with prototyping. 3 yearsExperience using Figma or a related design tool. 3 yearsDesign Portfolio Must Be Attached. Required Additional qualifications and experience in UI/UX design, graphic design, or related fields would be beneficial for this role.
