Job Description

USA Winzons is hiring a forward-thinking Trends & Forecasting Analyst to identify market shifts, analyze behavioral patterns, and predict future outcomes across hiring, logistics, and operational performance. In this fully remote role, you’ll help leadership stay ahead of trends by providing insightful forecasts and proactive recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and internal business patterns
  • Conduct forecasting analysis using historical data and predictive models
  • Build dashboards and reports that highlight upcoming shifts and risks
  • Collaborate with teams to align business planning with forecast insights
  • Use tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to visualize forecasted data
  • Ensure forecasting models remain updated, accurate, and actionable

Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in forecasting, market analysis, or data modeling
  • Proficient in statistical tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL)
  • Strong experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and data visualization
  • Excellent communication skills to present predictions and business implications
  • Experience working remotely and independently across virtual teams is a plus
