Amazon is seeking high-potential candidates for the Transportation Operations Management (TOM) team. As an EHS Program Manager Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Amazon’s supply chain and transportation network, focusing on safety, efficiency, and operational excellence.
The core of this internship involves a strategic project addressing a transportation or safety issue. You will apply your technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to real-world challenges, helping improve safety protocols, operational efficiency, and TOM processes.
This is an opportunity to impact Amazon’s transportation network, gain exposure to cross-functional teams, and present findings to senior leaders and technical stakeholders.

💼 Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Supply Chain, Safety, or related field
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work full-time during the summer internship
- Willingness to relocate as required by business needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Interest or prior experience in transportation operations, logistics, or EHS programs
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven recommendations
- Experience with project management or process improvement
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or operational efficiency methodologies
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
