Responsibilities

Accurately and efficiently enter data into our database

Review and verify data to identify and correct errors or discrepancies

Handle a high volume of data entry tasks with precision

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information

Communicate issues or errors promptly to the appropriate parties

Assist with general office tasks as needed

Meet deadlines and work efficiently with attention to detail

Requirements

High school diploma or GED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Prior experience with data entry or administrative tasks is preferred

Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical behavior
