Job Summary
As a Telesales Caller at Flipkart, you will play a key role in customer outreach and sales growth while working from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads for Flipkart products.
- Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and offers to prospective buyers.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve performance strategies.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (regional languages are a plus).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- E-commerce or retail sales experience is a plus.
Working Hours
- Flexible shifts available to suit different schedules.
- Minimum availability of 40 hours per week required.
