Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide virtual neurological consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients across the country
  • Utilize telemedicine platforms to assess patients’ medical histories, symptoms, and health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care strategies
  • Maintain accurate and thorough medical records in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Stay current with advancements in neurological treatments and telemedicine best practices

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements while providing virtual care

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Neurology
  • Valid state medical license and ability to practice in multiple states (telemedicine licensure support provided)
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of neurological conditions
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients remotely
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and electronic health records (EHR) systems
  • Exceptional clinical judgment and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing a flexible schedule
  • Knowledge of telemedicine regulations and HIPAA compliance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fellowship training or expertise in sub-specialties like epilepsy, stroke, or neurodegenerative diseases
  • Experience in telehealth or remote patient care
  • Proficiency in using telemedicine technology and video consultations
