Overview

Seer Interactive is a remote-first, B-Corp certified digital marketing consultancy that combines data, compassion, and technology to drive meaningful impact for clients and communities. This Technical SEO role focuses on diagnosing and solving complex site issues for medium to enterprise-level clients. The position is highly consultative, client-facing, and hands-on, working closely with developers, SEO teams, and stakeholders to improve site architecture, crawlability, and overall organic performance.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Technical SEO within a digital agency environment
  • Strong expertise in enterprise and international SEO
  • Deep hands-on experience with Screaming Frog and Oncrawl
  • Proficiency in Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools
  • Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts (canonicalization, sitemaps, crawl budget, hreflang, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of HTML and technical site architecture
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, conditional formulas)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in plain language
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines
  • Comfortable adapting to change and learning new tools and processes

Responsibilities

  • Crawl and analyze websites with up to 5 million URLs to identify technical SEO issues
  • Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits for clients of varying sizes
  • Prioritize SEO recommendations based on business impact
  • Present findings and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams
  • Collaborate with developers to define solutions and implementation roadmaps
  • Troubleshoot crawlability, indexing, and site performance issues
  • Support broader SEO and digital marketing strategies alongside content and SEO managers
  • Mentor and coach Technical SEO Associates
  • Execute deliverables efficiently while managing multiple client engagements
