Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and highly skilled Technical Lead – Microsoft Cloud Services to oversee and manage the administration of our Microsoft cloud ecosystem. This role involves leading technical efforts and a small team (if applicable), supporting core platforms such as Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), , Intune, SharePoint, Teams, . The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with strategic oversight to ensure secure, efficient, and modern cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Oversight:
• Lead end-to-end IT project lifecycle, from initiation through deployment and support, using industry-standard project management methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs.
• With a focus on automation, AI integration, and collaboration platforms.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and operational tasks across Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage cross-functional project teams, vendors, and third-party service providers to ensure successful project execution.
• Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to keep projects on track.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, status reports, and technical specifications. Provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Promote and support a culture of continuous improvement and learning, actively contributing to knowledge-sharing sessions and mentoring junior team members.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and governance standards.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies, Microsoft certifications, and AI developments; actively pursue relevant certifications and training.

Endpoint Lifecycle Management
• Design and manage endpoint deployments using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot.
• Create and deploy Configuration Profiles, Compliance Policies, and Conditional Access policies.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure devices comply with security policies and regulatory requirements.
• Automate software updates and ensure patch compliance for all endpoints.
• Work closely with Service Desk, Network, Security, and HR teams to ensure efficient user onboarding/offboarding.

SharePoint Online & Teams Administration
• Configure, manage, and support SharePoint Online sites, site collections, and permissions.
• Design and maintain intranet, department/team sites, document libraries, metadata, and search configurations.
• Implement governance and retention policies using Microsoft Purview Compliance tools.
• Manage site provisioning, security groups, external sharing, and site lifecycle.
• Administer Teams policies, lifecycle, naming conventions, and guest access.
• Integrate Teams with SharePoint, OneDrive, and third-party apps for enhanced collaboration.
• Manage Teams templates, app permissions, and compliance settings.
• Provide Tier 3 support for issues related to Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
• Use Power Automate and PowerShell to automate workflows and administrative tasks.

Technical Proficiency:
• Expertise in Microsoft 365 administration – Microsoft Intune, SharePoint Online, Teams and Entra ID
• Advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities and Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps) for automation and administration
• Expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and Conditional Access.
• Strong experience with Windows, MAC, Linux, M365, and Endpoint Security tools.
• Familiarity with Apple DEP, Android Enterprise, and mobile OS management.

Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
• 12+ years of experience in IT, with 5+ years in a project leadership or senior technical role
• Experience working in hybrid or cloud-first enterprise environments
• Exposure to AI-powered tools and frameworks within Azure ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in endpoint management, SharePoint & Teams administration.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Azure AD and Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
• Familiarity with Conditional Access, Defender for Endpoint, BitLocker, Group Policy, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM).
• Experience with macOS, Linux and iOS/Android management via Intune is a plus.

• Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate (MD-102)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate
• Microsoft 365 Certified: SharePoint Associate (MS-600 or relevant retired equivalent
