🏗️ Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager (TIPM) to lead large-scale data center build and deployment projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams from concept design through implementation, testing, and deployment while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical infrastructure programs across the full project lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
• Manage capital budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
• Drive stakeholder alignment and remove delivery blockers
• Apply project management methodologies (scope, cost, quality, resources)
• Oversee deployment of innovative, large-scale infrastructure solutions
• Develop reporting metrics and performance tracking systems

🎓 Basic Qualifications

✅ 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
✅ Knowledge of infrastructure technologies (network, hardware, data center systems)
✅ Experience managing infrastructure build scenarios

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

✔ Data center design, construction, or operations experience
✔ Strong project management expertise (scheduling, reporting, prioritization)
✔ Familiarity with tools: MS Project, SharePoint, Tableau, SQL, Kanban
✔ Advanced degree or certifications in infrastructure/project management
