Job Summary

Progressive Technology is hiring tech-savvy and customer-focused professionals to join our Work From Home Tech Call Center Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing high-quality technical assistance through calls, emails, and chat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support from international clients
  • Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues
  • Diagnose problems, troubleshoot efficiently, and resolve issues or escalate when required
  • Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, tools, processes, and policies
  • Adhere to assigned schedules and shift protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of:
    • Windows / Mac OS
    • Basic networking concepts
    • Common software and applications
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or technical support role
    (International voice process preferred)
  • Freshers with relevant technical training, certifications, or strong communication skills may also apply

Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including night shifts (US / UK time zones)
  • 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs
  • Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays if required

  • Understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting methods, and cloud-based tools
  • Strong empathy, patience, and resilience in customer interactions
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-disciplined and motivated to work effectively in a remote environment
