Job Summary
Progressive Technology is hiring tech-savvy and customer-focused professionals to join our Work From Home Tech Call Center Support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for international customers, providing high-quality technical assistance through calls, emails, and chat.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat support from international clients
- Provide first-level technical support for software, hardware, and basic network issues
- Diagnose problems, troubleshoot efficiently, and resolve issues or escalate when required
- Accurately document customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and meet service-level agreements (SLAs)
- Stay updated on product knowledge, tools, processes, and policies
- Adhere to assigned schedules and shift protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong technical aptitude with knowledge of:
- Windows / Mac OS
- Basic networking concepts
- Common software and applications
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or technical support role
(International voice process preferred) - Freshers with relevant technical training, certifications, or strong communication skills may also apply
Working Hours
- Rotational shifts including night shifts (US / UK time zones)
- 5-day work week with 2 rotational offs
- Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays if required

- Understanding of IT systems, troubleshooting methods, and cloud-based tools
- Strong empathy, patience, and resilience in customer interactions
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-disciplined and motivated to work effectively in a remote environment
